How long does it take to receive my order?
From the time the order is submitted, it will take 5-7 business days for production and 2-3 days for standard shipping/delivery. In the event of overwhelming orders, we seek your understading for a longer turn-around time to produce and deliver the same quality products to you.
How can I be sure my order was placed successfully?
Upon payment of purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive the confirmation email or have any question about the order, please contact us at email@example.com
What is the return and exchange policy?
While Clik Clok endeavours to ensure that our products are received in good conditions, we cannot guarantee that damages during transit will not occur. In such instance, please contact us and provide a picture of the damaged item(s) for our assessment. If we determine that the products are physically damaged due to shipping/delivery, we may provide a reprint or replacement. Please allow 2 weeks for a reprint or replacement.
What are the delivery options?
For Self Collection – Customers may choose to collect their purchased items at our office on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 2.00pm – 7.00pm. Kindly call to make an appointment before coming.
* Items such as mobile phone cases etc., orders will be delivered via standard mail. Please note that no tracking service is available for Normal Mail items.
* Items such as canvas, acrylic blocks etc., orders will be delivered via courier service for local orders.
Do you ship to countries other than Singapore?
Currently, Clik Clok accepts delivery orders to only local addresses. Stay tuned as we may open up more options for the overseas market in future.
What is the requirement of an Image in order to make the best possible print?
Images from social networks (e.g. Facebook) are not recommended as the resolutions of the images are compressed when uploaded. An image with higher quality is recommended as it will preserve the details.
What image file types do you accept through the Create page?
Our uploader in the Create page accepts JPEG and PNG. If you have image files that are not supported by our uploader, please contact us and we’ll provide you with alternative solutions.
What are your different payment methods?
Customers can make payments through the following methods:
